Lockheed has been toying with a new air-to-air missile called the Cuda. It is half the size of an AIM-120 with a similar diameter. No official DoD-series designation yet, and not a lot of "official" data released. Some of what has been covered can be found at:

This thing is going to be small enough to be a modeling subject for us at full scale.

The attached image is my suggestion (NOT official) for dimensions and features for making a scale model of the released configuration.

note 1 -- fasteners at statn 24.5 in 30 places spaced 12 degrees apart
note 2 -- fasteners at statn 63.5 in 15 places spaced 24 degrees apart
note 3 -- aft fin pivot axis at statn 67.75 with rotating base diameter 1.0

Interesting.

Also, lots of interesting "toys" in the USAF Tech expo from airforce mag. Laser-blasted artillery shells, flying car concept, Brimstone (advanced Hellfire missile), Grizzly concept aircraft (think C-130J upscale/C-17 downscale).:eyepop:
