You are aware that a Smoke NC is not the same as a conical? The exception is a Nike-Nike Smoke....that one is conical.

Similar, but different enough if trying to build scale. Difference is "primarily" at the base.
CW did have a 5.5 FW Smoke NC....so maybe we are in luck.

Not a two piece, one solid pure filament wound part. I had one in my hands and sold it a couple years back.

Yep, and coupler that came with the cone had a Dynacom quality fit which was nice to see. In hindsight, I should have kept the cone, but I didn't need it for the project in question.

Okay I have one buried in a box. The tip looked molded but I need to get it out. Very cool!

After further examination it appears the construction method for the Nike smoke nose cone is a conical mandrel with filament winding, then it looks as if a body tube size transition is placed in the shoulder of the nosecone for transition purposes, and the nose cone is coated with a filler resin and then turned down on a lathe. My nose cone has the distinct turning marks indicating it has seen a lathe, and there is no seam in the nose cone body. There is however a seam internally where the shoulder meets the cone. Pics for detail. Let me know your thoughts.

Oh and additionally the tip looks like a piece of molded or turned g10.
