The second of five Acton launches this season will be on 11 June. Acton is a low- and mid-power field so no high-power rockets and, as always, no sparky motors. This launch has also been registered as an NRC event so bring your contest rockets. Wildman CT will attend this launch and some others this season; do some shopping in his trailer so it's worth his while to come back again.
The weather looks overcast but mostly pleasant. Plenty of volunteer opportunities left to sign up for. This will be the last NRC event we hold before it closes down for the year; new events will be announced next month.
COVID-19 is still with us in one form or another so please take precautions and be courteous of others.
