You should always be careful to insure that the coordinates entered into the flight computer for "launch coordinates" and "target coordinates" are different numbers. This is NOT where you want to save time by using the program default values!

It would be funny if the mishap was due to the missile being hacked somehow, though I doubt that is what happened.
