Hello everyone. I recently got a hold of a BMS Saturn V 1/195 kit from a fellow rocketeer. I have started on it. Not in a real hurry to finish, want to take my time with it. I have also borrowed some ideas for other manufacturers. We will see how they work out. We started with the engine assembly.

Here are some updates. command capsule and escape system, I put some thread on the engines to look like the piping on the F1s, (a Dr Zooch idea) Third stage. I am planning on painting the rocket white then after I install some wraps I will add the tunnels. I have taped off the space so I can get a good glue.

A little work on the RCS and the Apollo part. The Service module is a vinyl wrap my daughter made me for some on another project. The LEM shroud is from Frank Claunch and I have reduced his diagram to 38% Having a hard time with my painting!!!

It's been a while, have had a hard time with painting. I have instead opted for wraps at this point. This is a recreation of the S IVB. I ruined the original with horrible painting then sanding down to far down. Waiting for paint to dry again on the S1C/S2C sections.
