Decent wrapup of the "Vision" thing - ignore the hyperbole at the beginning and end of the story, the meat's in between. Assuming his numbers are correct (and NASA doesn't blow the money), we may just pull this off...

thanks for the pointer - the article is a good summary and persuasive for nay-sayers. although, I haven't met anyone who isn't excited by return to the moon!
