Hi all,
I decided to use AeroTech DMS for upcoming L1 cert flight and didn't realized I can't use RMS delay tool on DMS. Ordered the UDDT but it is coming the day after the launch day. Since I already RMS drill bit, I would like to 3D print the UDDT housing for 4 second cut just for this flight. I got some dimensions from the forum but wasn't complete. Could someone with UDDT verify the dimensions I have? Mainly need help with the inner depth dimension. I am attaching a sketch of what I have so far.
Thank you!

P.S. Again, I have already purchased the tool but it is coming after the cert launch day. Not trying to avoid buying it. Thanks

The DDT hasn’t always been a thing.

You *can* use a plain drill bit, removing 1/32” per second of delay change desired. 4 second reduction = 1/8” drilled.
Wrap the bit with masking tape at the correct depth as a stop point.
