FWIW, Use these 4"Uline tubes as a mandrel. Cover in plastic. After CF or FG lay up, throw in pond, pool or bathtub over night and easily remove the soggy card board tube and plastic. Makes for a strong, lightweight airframe!

Well, it works well for me. I made a NC mandrel to match. Here are a couple of recent rockets made with these mandrels, the white rocket obviously still needs paint...
