Maybe glue a coupler to the top and use it as a mid section.

It is fiberglass. I suspect it is designed to be a nose cone. A RPG is an interesting idea.

We sold a nosecone like that on eBay a few years ago. I think it was intended as an upscale of a Centuri/Estes nosecone, the PNC-102. The Centuri Sky-Lab is the coolest kit that used it.

RPG would be different. With a little imagination it looks do able.
