Has anyone tried adding one of these FPV cameras to their rocket and doing a real time ride-along as it launches? This system doesn’t cost much and the range is a little over 4,000 feet, but I’m wondering if the system can handle the G’s and speed.

Should work but....... Watching live is not that big of a deal with a rocket. Everything goes so doggone fast. Would need to record the flight for later playback anyways. The small 720P cameras are pretty decent. This system you point out should work though with the circularly polarized antennas.
If one wanted a live system this would be acceptable as long as it didn't interfere with the deployment electronics. Kurt
