You already have a L2 rocket, just stick a J in the Norad and press the button.
 
The rocket isn't the costly part in that equation. It's the larger 38mm casing!
 
I am thinking I want to get into dual deployment. We were lucky out at the lakebed, the winds were pretty low and my L1 landed about 200' away. I don't want to think of where that thing would have landed with any sort of wind! Not to mention, it is just seriously cool to watch the rocket deploy a second chute when it is lower. :)
