Other than Apogee Components, I have been unable to locate a supplier for plastic nose cones to fit 29mm tubing. Any help? I could go with those, but they are not exactly the shape I wanted.

Thanks, but I was looking for something to cut in half to serve as the end pieces on the conduit for a "sport-scale" 4" WAC Corporal. They look to be about a 3:1 ogive from drawings I have observed.

BT-55 is just barely larger than 29 mm tube. LOC tube inside a BT55 coupler almost seals. I was also successful at internally reinforcing a 9" BT55 tube with a second layer of slit BT55, using $1.50 for 5 tubing from Hobbylinc. In case it helps.
