When I do multiple simulations the motor configuration in all past simulations change to the last simulation motors used but the other data maintains the old data. What do I need to do to keep the old motors used in past simulations there?
 
When you go to pick the next motor, make sure you select "New" at the top of the edit box. If you don't you are replacing the existing data.

If you are asking about the simulation page, ensure you select "new simulation"...same idea, different page
