OK I have a aerial photograph that was scanned at 1" = 400'

what percent would I half to enlarge the image to get a scale of 1" = 100'

300 % ?

Thanks !

Bobby

My GUESS is you would have to magnify it 400%, since 4 is 400% of 1, not 300%

thanks for the offer

it is just something I was toying with . I dabble with HO scale trains and received an aerial photo at 1"=400' . the dot rep told me she could send me a dvd with the same image and I could zoom into to a scale of 1"=100' and it would still be a clear image . I wanted to get an idea of what the image would look like at the 1'=100' and since I already had the 1"=400' I was wondering what percent zoom I need to add to see how it would look at 1"=100'

Thanks

Bobby
