Well I figured i wouldn't just post my success stories here and not report my failings. Finally launched my Semroc Saturn 1B this weekend. Used the 4 ea C6-3 motors. Take off and flight went very good. However on the descent, the chute got a bit tangled and would not open all the way. Needless to say...the Saturn hit the ground hard. Could have been worse I guess. I will be repairing this and re-launching very soon. It did suck watching this rocket hit the ground hard.....:( I will be able to save one fin, but will need to replace the other 2 as they are completely destroyed.

No...out in the pasture at home. For anything under 1000 feet...it's a great place to launch.

BTW...I did not mean to post this under the scratch build section....was meant for watering hole.
