I have two 2D cell Mag-Lite flashlights that I want to upgrade to LED bulbs. Any recommendations for upgrade bulbs for these?

Look on Amazon.
I bought a bulb for the 4-D cell version.
It will probably cost you close to $20.00.

I have gotten a number of cheap LED flashlights in recent years and they all have problems with battery contacts and switches. I will probably try the one from Amazon linked to above, but I have the two mag-lite's and they always work. I figure the more working ones I have, the better the odds I have of finding one when I need it. I will probably try the bulb from superbrightleds.

As a mechanic I use flashlights all the time I recently purchased a Coast flashlight from my Snap On tool dealer . At 16 bucks it was the cheapest thing I have purchased from them in a while . It has proven rugged and reliable , maybe even more so than the mag lights ! They are brighter and smaller also using 2 AA batteries.
