I have a shortened Loki 76-8000 case. The shortening and groove cutting was done by Ed at Tru-Core.
Overall length is 38.3125. Internal (snap ring to snap ring) is 37.5". Case has one firing that caused a slight bubble in the fore end due to a wonky cut liner. That bubble has been removed. As a result, the anodizing has some circumferential marking from Ed's steady rest, purely cosmetic. Includes external thrust ring.
