This is my ultimate launch controller.
It is a modified Estes Pro Command Controller.
I bought it used, it was fully functional but a bit scratched up.
So I dis-assembled it and sanded it down, including sanding off the raised lettering.
I re-painted it gloss black and custom made decals on my Brother printer.
Then a few shots of matte clear and it was ready to re assemble.
I did not like the big spool that attached to the bottom for the cable, and the cable was only 25 feet.
So I installed a 1/4 inch stereo jack in the door for the igniter/plug compartment.
I bought a coil of 50 feet of landscape cable and added the plug at one end and clips at the other.
I love the self contained power source 2 x 7.2 volt RC car batteries!
It will light almost anything I throw at it.
