A Syfi original!!!!! -tonight-----Flying Monkeys----OH BROTHER !----T-minus 7 minutes

Not much into today's syfy. Love the old ones the original THING, THEM, etc.
But watched a movie this week, if this thread was up a week ago I would have nominated for movie of the week:
PRIDE OF THE MARINES.

I'm watching this painfully as I tinker tonight . Skippy the man eating flying monkey pet---someone put me out of my misery. Don't shoot me, just let me push the bullet slowly into my skull with my thumb.

Lake Placid 2 was on last night, I know that much...

SyFy has been a disappointment since its beginning as the SciFi channel.....
WHen they first fired up and did not show any 50's B&W movies or Twilight Zone or Outer Limits or One Step Beyond or any other classic Sci-Fi/Horror I knew it was going to be a dud.....
*sigh*
I had such hope for the concept when it was put forward.

I think the Netflix SciFi selection is about the same.

Just watched on Netflix, "Going Postal".

Made in England so...a mini series 3 episodes.

Not all all what you might think. A very interesting sci fi...I guess..movie.

Very...different. But entertaining.

as long as we're talking movies...who would you cast to play the wasp in marvel's movies?

I feel about the same way. Seems they have one or two good series and everything else is T.U.--I really miss the old B/W cold war era sci fi movies--not much into horror personally.
