I can help with that one. I have lost 52 lbs in 6 months on regular food and walking as my exercise.

Thanks, I have lost 70lbs from my heaviest with regular food and exercise. My portion control hasn't been very good lately but luckily I haven't gained much. Just need to get back to regulating it and up my exercise a little bit.
