Yeap! Lable reads: Recoat in 4hours or wait 7 days. I can tell ya for sure when working within the 4 hour window multi coating of DRY sanded perious coats & re-priming has been just about automatic. Sanding with 120,220,240 360grit papers a snap, without much unnecessary sandpaper loading. The stuff as been simply outstanding, and CHEAP LOL!!!

I doubt i've waited more the 4 days after sanding to begin color coatings on any model. Unless it was by accident during a very busy work week where no hobby work was done on anything;)
To date (since March of 2008) I seem to recall only one slight primer/paint incompatablilty, more likely an early dry-time wrinkle around a very thinly sanded fin fillet with Black Rustoleum in 2010. Small enough patch that only a tiny touchup sand & repaint was necessary.

Have to say about this Colorplace Cheapy primer as long as you watch the humidity I think it's pretty forgiving.

Humidity, huh? It can be difficult to find warm weather that isn't very humid around here. How humid is too humid?

All of these are leaps and bounds on top of anything I've managed yet, but Tommy, as far as my eye can tell, you're there dude!!!

Its a Rigid shop vac....The exhause was sent under the garage door and while spraying yellow you could see it comming out of the other end.. It seemed to work pretty good.. I had the vac moved far enough away so that if it DID blow I wouldnt have been impacted..

I have another fan extraction system that im holding off from making due to finding a better booth..(looking for an old stand up shower)

What im using is a card board dishwasher box, with a dowel with a hole drilled in the top and I put a nail through the hold to keep it elevated. That way I can rotate the tube with out touching it. Just spin the dowel.. It also helps to have it X amout away from the opening of the box so that you dont lay the paint on to heavy.. When im done with my coat, I wheel the heat lamp into place to cook the paint, and every minute or two I spin the dowel so the tube warms up..

The overspray will build up on the bottom of the box so be careful not to touch the wet paint to the bottom of the box or BAD things WILL happen... Try painting a red rocket and have the white primer jump all over the paint.. Uggh.. Not a pretty sight...

If the tube starts smoking.. the heat lamp is probably to close to the tube..

I can provide pics to better explain if your interested...

It was my first attempt at a makeshift spray booth that I can put in my truck and take to work if the weather is nice enough..

Have spray booth.. will travel...

LOL

Tom

Thanks Tom so what does the inside of the shop vac look like LOL. All yellow. I will ahve to try it. I have a shop vac that wpould work. Chief

Mark, I am new here. When you said filler, did you mean wood filler (Elmer's) or the liquid dope- based balsa filler? Thanks, Mike
