Last week I posted that I'd placed an order that I didn't receive. Well, I received a shipping notice today!!! Apparently there was a bit of a delay on one of the parts but it is all on the way with the rest of the order.

I guess patience is the order of the day! I apologize to CW for the disparaging comments as in my case they were unwarranted.
 
OH boy....another victim in the works here.
Tracking is meaningless unless it is in motion and with that is your order is screwed up, another long waiting period.

He is behind in orders since last black Friday. Borrows from Peter to pay Paul whit how he deals with his orders.

Count your blessings if you actually do get it
 
I had to go and check to be sure. I've ordered 6 times from CW, albeit none from any black Friday event. Most took less than 10 days until shipping notification was received. There was one that was 3 weeks in production limbo, but CW delivered each and every order without fail. Patience is important and an understanding that there are many factors that can affect your order that are out of your hands.

Any USPS movement on your goods?
 
Good to hear. When I placed a phone call to check on a delayed kit they said it would ship in two days. It did and I got the kit about 12 days later (international).

Following up with a phone call seems to be the key.
 
I was out of town for Christmas and got back home today. I had asked my neighbor to watch for any packages and he brought it over a few minutes ago!! Completed order!!! It arrived a day late due to a weather delay.

So what did you order?!?! LETS SEE AN UNBOXING!!!! 🥳 🥳 🥳 🥳 🥳 :bravo: :bravo: :bravo: :bravo:
 
The previous thread I responded to got closed, so I figured I'd post final results here. After 3 phone call attempts (and a weird voicemail set-up) I spoke with Curtis who said the main issue was with colored nosecones and I said just ship me whatever. I got a shipping notice in about a week and the rocket on my doorstep in about a week, give or take.

The transaction did complete, but took a while. I'm pretty sure e-mail is a no-go as far as contacting him. The phone call(s) seemed to get things back on track. I imagine if I had done that much earlier, I might have gotten the rocket much earlier.

It’s hit or miss. Usually hear about the misfortunes here. I’ve never had an issue with my orders.
U have two agree with you. There are a number of folks that have lost money. I away say that if you can't get it back, don't dwell on it. It took me years of bellyaching to learn that lesson

Finally, someone picked up and said I needed to add more shipping. So I paid that, and now four weeks later still no parts. Calls go to the robo sound or to VM no one ever picks up. I called my CC and challenged the charges. This is stupid to think you can do this to customers.

Update: Charges reversed, and I got my money back and a note in an email. "Never order from us again." AS IF THAT IS LIKELY!! I made my 1st order and will never make that mistake again. I have lost a month on a build waiting for some 8" fiberglass Centering rings.
