80 here again today, still 76 at 7pm. I should have launched some rockets this morning, got busy an next thing i knew the wind was blowing.

Yesterday afternoon I came home and it was sunny and too warm for my sweatshirt. An hour later I took the dogs for a walk and needed a stocking cap and gloves.
Morning: 27 degress F and snow.
Afternoon: 56 degrees F and rain.

I think we got about 2 inches of pine tree pollen last week.

That's not winter. Our summers are cooler than that. More snow today
I worked in Cottage Grove a few times, (at the power plant) i know all about your weather! I"m pretty sure the wind blows 50 mph all winter up there.
You are pretty close to being correct. And I get to NC from time to time to see your weather

My guess is that we will not have a launch till June as the sod farm road will be slop till then.

Second Winter
When young, on my birthday I have helped my dad chop the dock out of ice on the lake. And that is the middle of May.

32 and with broken clouds and gusty winds today. We had lake effect snow and mist all day yesterday.
Today was the State wide tornado drill. We've already had a tornado touch down about 15 miles from my house in Western Ohio. This is time of year where you need to prepare for all types of weather and have layered clothing on.

Sunny, breezy, 45 this afternoon. Tomorrow another 6 inches of snow. that is after the freezing rain
Really hoping to launch a few rockets about dark today. The weather map looks like the wind will lay out about dark, before picking right back up tommorow.
