This is my first rockets. I was 6 years old, together with the older boys, I was looking for gunpowder and ammunition on the battlefields. I was lucky...

My grandfather in 1941-42 charged the shells with American gunpowder. He told me that the gunpowder was very good. Our gunpowder plants were mostly destroyed.

Night rocket shot in city. It was required to test the pyrotechnic delay element urgently. There was no time to leave the city, it was the only one time, I didn't do it anymore. Everything worked correctly, at an altitude of 500-550 meters the rocket self-destructed.

The International Army Games 2018 are held from July 28 to Aug. 11 in seven different countries; 189 teams from 32 nations are taking part. Today is a day of "silence", military athletes get rest but my comrades and I are working. A few photos of Patriot Park, where most of the events take place. This place is located about sixty kilometers to the West from Moscow.
