XP-2 Plan Missing Something?

I downloaded this plan from the NAR's website, but there isn't anything that I can see about how to attach (I'm assuming) a rubber band/elastic to get the wings from the swept to open stage? Has anybody ever built one of these that can provide more info?

Small wire hooks near the leading edge that end up just about touching the wing mount when the wings are pulled forward. Elastic or rubber band stretched from hooks around the front of the pylon that will pull the wings forward when the burn string is let go.

Though not exactly the same design/model, that does provide clarification enough to incorporate it into the plans I have. Thanks.

I figured that would be enough to get you going. I notice that the next size up (XP-2 C) uses rubber bands attached at the rear with fishing line going around the wing pivots and attaching to the front of the wing. You can find it by searching google for Al Nienast rocket glider.
