Seems like a perfect match: reusable payload, reusable launch vehicle.

SpaceX may soon have enough 'proven' boosters laying around to offer 'Off The Shelf' options. Fly whenever your payload is ready and the range is available.

Which would also fit well with the X37 type of missions.
