Apogee rockets carries a type of BT called Blue Tube. Apparently it's a form of vulcanized cellulose fibers- does that mean that wood glue would bond parts to it or would I need CA glue/Epoxy?

Edit: WOOD glue not would glue

Blue Tube is a product of Always Ready Rocketry, afaik its treated the same as cardboard as far as adhesives are concerned.
