This link will take you directly to the sub-page for the Nike Smoke vinyl decals.Does anyone have any guidance on a font type and size for this rocket? My wife has 2 vinyl cutters sitting that I was going to mess with but I'm unsure of how to scale the font size to the rocket and what font to use. I know alot of the hard core model rocket guys are excellent at this stuff so I'm putting it out there for some help.
Closest walk of the weekend for me!Great flight and it looked like it landed close by!
First flight was a succes. Had a few new items that I flew as well. The electronics were all new Eggtimer Protons and Quantums that I just built along with a radio link. I also went with a Tinder line cutter to open the 50" Recon chute. Drouge was a 30" Top Flight.
The motor was an old CTI 2 grain J210 that I picked up in 2003 right before I packed up my rockets for a house. The price tag was still on it at $50.
On board run cam 6.
Awesome rocket!

These specific PEM nuts have a longer collar on them that when pulled tight sits almost flush with the outter surface. I drill the pilot hole per the mfg data sheet and then stack some nuts and washers on a screw to pull them in. Once pulled in properly I back them with some JB weld.Nice build. Quick question on the PEM nuts. How are you mounting them inside the tube? Any prepwork on the holes other than drilling it?
Cheers,
John
