Yeah help an idiot set up internet? So I can download rocketry stuff to my pc again and set up altimeters for flight. Etc.

Currently have a cable in the wall for TV and am paying for a blue link service with an apartment complex. Haven’t gotten a wireless router or used internet here in a month.

I deal with commercial wireless APs, but a friend just set up a wireless network and had a lot of good feedback for the Ubiquity UniFi products; for the money. Here is a link, they have resellers and support numbers to help you out with the plethora of choices.

Keep in mind that like many things, you will get what you pay for!

+1. Ubiquiti is the go to for pro-sumer wifi. I've got a RouterStation Pro I've been running for nearly a decade and it's great.
