Was there a motor in sustainer or a sealed empty case, something to simulate the real situation?

I only use .5 grams and that is plenty.

Ahhhh that's my problem. I stuffed the motor tube with rags because I didn't have a 54mm motor.

I almost did the same thing before testing mine, but used a motor at the last minute.

I used the existing slots and an alignment guides that I had.
The tabs were filleted over.
