Where to buy chopped carbon fiber???

I've done a search on Rocketry Forum, but couldn't find an answer to this question: Where does one buy chopped carbon fiber?

And while we're at it, is there a "High Powered Rocketry for Dummies" kind of book? Instructions & videos are great, but sometimes I want to know the why behind the how.

Last time I bought any was from Al's hobby shop (now closed) in Elmhurst, IL.
It was called Gorilla Hair IIRC. I still have a small bit that it looks like I will be hanging onto .

I have been known to make my own using FG mat and Fiskars Rotary Cutters.

BTW if anyone has yet to try those rotary cutters on fiberglass mat, they work a treat.

Carbon cloth plus scissors, cut up your small scraps.
Most of the big composite vendors have it.
