The Wenatchee River for a couple of mine... (And parachutes DO work in swift-water!)
But generally all over the basement and garage

The most recent one I could have gotten a video but didn't think about it in time.... I was keeping track of my 4 year olds while watching the rocket zoom by in the current.... That rocket hit the center of the river channel dead center! Couldn't have planned that! (It was an unexpected 'chuff' of breeze while descending that did it...

If it made it that far, then it's been long chewed up by the turbines of the Rock Island Dam downstream on the Columbia River!

I'll get video next time though! :)

base from a worn out office chair? what did you use for the post adapter?
Correct. You can find discarded office chairs on kerbside rubbish days from time to time. I got one without wheels for better stability. The adapter is actually the 98mm motor casing bolted down to the base. I machined up a couple of allow the two parts to bolt together easily.
