What's Your Favourite Composite Material???

They all have good and bad properties. What is your favorite and why?

This new stuff called Amonium Perchlorate is realy cool! It is very strong compared to other noncomposite materials

"It depends." -- Rocket Science In Two Words.

My favorite is the right one for the particular application at hand. Carbon for light weight, glass for strength, kevlar for even more strength and surface toughness. Same with mixing them.

glass ain't that strong for its weight but it's cheap
