I still have a Vashon "cold power" rocket from the mid-70's. Used to belong to my brother, was only flown maybe 2-3 times. One of these days I want to restore it and fly it again, just for the novelty of it.

Not at the moment. Once I get around to restoring it, I'll post pics.

Neat! That must be one of the Estes models, it looks a lot nicer than my Vashon rocket. Mine's pretty cheesy, with a plain styrofoam nosecone and plastic fin tabs glued to the motor. The fins broke off long ago -- I'll probably replace them with something sturdier, like waferglass.

It originally belonged to my brother and was only flown 2-3 times. The flights were a bit disappointing, and that was before I'd ever even seen any other model rocket fly.
