Decided to share with you my next project/build. I'm finally starting to build the G-FORCE. Just a few pictures of the fins and body tube. I test fitted everything to make sure there are no issues. This will be my Level 1 project. I chose the G-FORCE because it's relatively inexpensive and goes together quickly. Nothing fancy about it.
I will be replacing the recovery system with a combination of Kevlar and nylon shock cords and the two pieces will be joined in the middle with a delta link. The chute will also be attached to the link as well.
I also want to thank Paul for shipping out some center rings. I'm going to add one additional AFT ring so the AFT ring and body AFT body tube are close to being flush with each other. I also drilled out some 1/4" holes to lighten the ring and add some character to it.
It should look good once everything is in place.
