After further research, I believe it to be 24" in diameter . . . I have seen lengths of 157" +/-.

The images can be scaled from that, at least for a semi-scale model.

Has anyone modeled the German V1 Buzz Bomb as a boost glider? The drag of the piggy-back engine may be the deterrent, but it would be a cool recovery.

Fairly detailed but they don't match anything I have seen.
    assembly13crop.jpg

Details shown here that are missing in those renderings:
Command destruct blade antenna at top. There is second 180 degrees around.
C band (radar transponder) antenna. The round thing between two stripes. Again, there is a second one opposite.
S band telemetry antenna at lower right. Two more spaced 120 degrees apart.

With flight test colors it really ought to have the flight test hardware.

The trick in building a model of this is finding a suitable nose cone. I chose to bash a LOC I-Roc kit but the 5:1 ogive is very wrong although it helps stability which is a big plus. The Mini-Mag cone has a better length but doesn't have the VK profile.

Here is something Google turned up a while back: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:ATACMS_Recertification.jpg

This is in the production colors (primer) and is obviously a block 1A as you can see the GPS antenna on top. (Gray patch at base of nose.)
