Looks like it has a machined in thrust ring. Very old Loki hardware had the same. My 54/2000 is like that but in Loki blue.

There are several of these posted on eBay, strangely enough, one is correctly labeled as Kosdon, and I found three others labeled as Loki. As Mark says, they're all Kosdon.

Mark it dose look to have the tape thrust ring and it's been used a few times.

My purchased used 54mm Loki case also has a machined in Thrust ring. But it’s blue like every other Loki case I have ever seen.
I found in one of the sellers other listings that this a Kosdon case and can also fit and use Loki reloads. I assume only at TRA research launch?

Thats a kosdon 38/390 ns 4 grain motor motor . not a bad price .

38/510. 510 is 4 grain, 640 is 5 grain. 390 is a 3 grain; case is 10.15" long.

Kosdon 38mm is a smaller id than loki. Loki reloads will not work. Different liners for those using for research.

Joseph didn’t use a liner in his 38 reloads. Case is thicker than needed
