My collection of rockets that I try to maintain in flying condition is entirely Estes or Estes-based. I like to have at least these five rockets ready to go and supplied with motors at any given time:
A Luna Bug (13mm)
A Hi Flier (18mm)
A Goblin (24x70mm)
A Hi-Flier XL (24x95mm)
A Star Orbiter (29mm, no motor block)
I also have matching booster stages for the first four. A booster for the Star Orbiter is in the in the thinking-about-the-design phase now.
I also have a bunch of older rockets stashed away. Some from my youth and preserved in varying degrees of repair, some from recently and held onto for cannibalization purposes.
