I saw The Decemberists several years ago and they were impressive. Some of them play several instruments even in the same song and they reproduce it live. I'd see them again in a heartbeat.

Anyways, here's something quite a bit different than them, except for the strings and suspenders. Like I have said before, I listen to everything from Julien Baker to Behemoth.




Made me think of Trampled by Turtles, though they're not as heavy.

Also, Julien Baker is a national treasure.

You probably already know about me that I often vastly prefer performances that are left raw, and straight from the heart/gut over the smooth polished, scrubbed clean, and over-produced studio versions. Which is why I like this one (which you should really play loud):
