What a Cluster!

I'll be using e-matches with portions of Pyrodex pellets in my LOC Ultimate clusters. It's about as close to "instant-on" as you can get in that motor size. I fly Research exclusively and so the grains will also be freshly cored.

So what are all you using as launch pad 'starters'?
Anyone using that cord that is not supposed to be used? How about air starts? What starters?

On Aerotech motors Ive always used a CTI type starter with a Pyrodex pellet glued into the top of the motor. When using a CTI there is already a pellet glued into the motor so I don't augment it. So far except for that one time it works good on the pad and with the air starts.
