Any thoughts on this for fillets? Staying in place would be a good thing.

Looking at the sloppiness of West System 105 and 205 with 406 silica. When it cures it cures but waiting along with the dripping and cleaning up is getting to be a pain.

As Steve said, you're not thickening it enough. However, for bonding purposes I would use 404. For cosmetic purposes use 407 or 410; see this table.
