I don't think it was Pink Floyd, but Rodger Water's first 'solo' album / first big solo hit. DOn't remember he song, but was a big hit (meaning it played constantly on teh radio)

Not sure if the song was supposed to be about him or not, but just that fact that he of all people is saying to "keep talking" is kind of mind bending.
