You need to stick that label on your BINDER RAPTOR.

Of course you'll need some bigger motors as well.....

(my Level 2 was a Raptor, so I'm prejudiced).

I used to see those stickers on the boxes I got from Magnum (Ross).

They share the same shipping requirements as some explosives, so they are designated that way for shipping.
