Here's the idea... Say I want to play with the shape of a nosecone, but I'm not 100% on it's exact curvature. So, I go to XYZ's website, and I plug in a few values, such as forward diameter, aft diameter, and length. Then by playing with a radius setting, I can create a fat ogive, or a shape that is nearly conical. I turned up this wiki page for more on the math behind nosecone shapes... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nose_cone_design
Anyone up for that challenge?
Thanks!
Jim
