Vendor for parts?

I would like the forum's input on a question: What vendor offers the best value (quality/price) on a "grab bag" type of parts assortment similar to the one offered by Estes (Designer's Special?)? I'd hate to buy a big bag of parts that are of such low quality that I end up not using them.

I gotta give vote #3 to Dave at Red Arrow hobbies.

Good guy good "designer special" a real bargain too.

Only one "con" on his "designer special"...no nose cones.

Although, Balsa Machining Services does have a nose cone assortment.
