A "small field" two-stager that uses 18mm motors and streamer recovery, and sporting sounding rocket styling

Nice. Is there a gap stage or are engines taped? I think I see a small vent hole, so I am betting gapped..

Nice. Top 3/4 reminds me just a wee bit of my old Saros.

Is that a boat-tail on the sustainer? Cool.

Right now I have an Elliptic-II that works well as a small-field 2-stager, but I'd like to build something 18-mm to accomplish the same thing, haven't settled on a design I like yet though.

Taped. What you see is not a hole, it is a decal of an umbilical port.
