It seems like my eggfinder board isn't working and the competion is coming up rapidly. Is there any way to decome the data transmitted by an Eggtimer Quasar on a computer using a Software Defined Radio program and receiver ?

How rapidly? We have LCD receivers in stock... and there's always FedEx if you're really in a hurry.
It would probably be quicker to buy a new one than to figure out how to receive the transmitted data with an SDR... and you'd still be on the hook for decoding the NMEA data and the telemetry.
