- FlisKits Emu - Competition egg loft duration bird, 18mm using the infamous Kuhn egg capsule

- FlisKits HECK-5 - Micro to the MAXX version of the HERC-5

- FlisKits Saturn 1B - 1:282 scale 13mm model suitable for peanut scale

- FlisKits Stellar Nightmare - New design, futuristic, 18mm, making use of a very unique engine mount (see attached image) :D

And *that's* just the beginning :)

My unfinished rockets:

  1. Scratch BT-60 based Aerobee Hi (Major paint problems. Will re-prime and re-paint).
  2. Above Aerobee's booster (Need to make nose cone and do more sanding :( , then paint).
  3. Scratch Estes Avenger (Needs some paint touch-ups and a decal).
  4. Scratch Estes WAC Corporal (Fill, sand, and paint).
  5. BMS Bomarc (Fill, sand, glue on pods, then paint).
  6. Scratch Centuri Orion (A little filling and sanding, then paint).
  7. Scratch Estes Black Brant III (Finish painting, decals).
  8. Estes Screaming Eagle (Mask off then paint top layer).
  9. Scratch Estes Black Hole Space Probe (BT cut, but thats all).

*hangs head in shame* I REALLY need to get out and buy some kits or maybe a small order to Fliskits. I know it won't be til after the 18th before he starts shipping again but I haven't built any of his kits and I figure to send small orders into the small companies that are here in these forums so I will be building up my fleet and supporting the hard work of the small business people who put out product for us:)

What about that one kit (or two) that you've started, and for whatever reason, you just cant finish.. It sits there, taunting you from the side of your work bench... You pick up a fin (or tube, or MMT) but just find it easier to start (and complete!) a new kit

me: Fiskit "Manta Ray" I've been trying to finish it for 2 years!
 
I'm working on a short 4" scratchy-needs a nose and shock cord. Done. Flies great on a G71
A scratch BT-80 =scale= Sandia Doorknob-needs everything but the motor mount. I have the motor mount now.
Estes Saturn V-needs plastic parts attached and paint. Idle since 2001. No change.
Fat Boy- In the blister-pack Done. Built with 24mm MMT in Hulk colors. Needs to be flown.
Fliskits Thing-a-ma-jig (x2)-Going to do a side-by-side build with my boy, he just doesn't know it yet. Probably build it this weekend. Done. Took three weeks to build. Now mine needs rebuilding after an accordian recovery.
 
Hi, my name is Mark and I'm a rocket addict.

I got hooked in 1999 from just a little puff of smoke from a C6-7 and I could not stop. I was so addicted that I bought BSD High Power Rocketry in 2001 to try an cover my addiction. Five years later, my family staged an intervention, I sold BSD, let my NAR and TRA memberships lapse, and kicked my addiction.

I thought I was cured of my addition, but one day last April I saw an entry in my checkbook made out to NAR with a notation "Membership Renewal." Yep, I had fallen off the motor test stand.

Those half finished kits don't mock me so loudly anymore.:D They include in order of interruption Titan IIIE with detaching boosters(unhappy with fit of boosters,needs reworking), Semroc Saturn 1B(all but tower built,in primer,flown 3 times, and Estes Python 4.
Kits in primer but flown are Nike-Ajax 2-stage, TLP Flail, and a Scratch 1/5 Scale Jayhawk.
Plots and plans include a 2-stage Ares 1 based on 3"-2" tubing, Ares 5 with BT-101, several scratch ideas with 24mm clusters in BT-80, a large winged spaceliner type scratch, a 2-stage harpoon, a spongebob finned scratch, and a Vought SLAM. I love rocketry! Ted
