Not strictly a rocket event per se but we get so little media coverage in the UK that it is worthy of note and pointing out to fellow rocketeers.....
Just heard a trail for BBC Radio 4's "Home Truths" programme to be broadcast at 9-00am BST. Saturday 14th May. There will be a segment on John Stewart Dunlop and the Paisley Rocketeers who are, I believe, are among the worlds oldest rocketry groups having been founded in the 1930's. This is made all the more relevant following John's sad passing a few weeks ago. Dont miss it!
