That is a quality tracker there with the GPS antenna design and the 250mW output. A Windows tablet is all that is needed to complete the receive end. I've run some pretty comprehensive software on tablets and the size is sure nice for portable use.
I'd spring but I already have too many devices APRS, NMEA and not enough rockets to fly them! Kurt
